What We Collect

ReplyRight collects the information you provide to use the product, such as account details, messages or screenshots you choose to analyze, generated insights, relationship memory, and billing status. We also collect basic usage and diagnostic events such as failed requests, timeouts, screenshot upload status, copy actions, and checkout starts so we can keep the service reliable and secure.

How We Use Data

We use your data to provide AI analysis, build relationship insights, manage subscriptions, improve product quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability, and respond to support requests. Messages and screenshots you submit may be sent to AI providers solely to provide the requested analysis. We do not sell your personal data.

Sensitive Content

Relationship conversations can be deeply personal. Only submit content you have the right to use. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.

Screenshots and Storage

Screenshots are stored in private storage and are served only to the signed-in account that uploaded them. We do not expose screenshot base64 data in saved chat history. You can delete individual messages with their attached screenshots, or delete all ReplyRight data from the product menu.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReplyRight does not store your full payment card number. Stripe may process billing information according to its own privacy terms.

Your Choices

You can delete your ReplyRight chat history, screenshots, relationship memory, and Sage profiles from the product menu after signing in. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
